Once again, the RENAIO Infrastructure Fund Hydropower acquires two impressive power plants in Italy

Following the acquisition of three power plants in May and June of this year, the RENAIO team was once again able to guide two hydropower plants through the investment process.
The purchase agreement for the two plants “Erbognone I” and “Erbognone II” was signed on August 30, 2021.

Both power plants are located near the city of Pavia on the Erbognone river in Lombardy. The Erbognone is part of an irrigation system for rice cultivation, which is predominant in the region.
