RENAIO Infrastructure Fund Hydropower acquires another power plant near the Slovenian border
Just 6 weeks after the purchase of the “Fornovo” power plant, the RENAIO fund was able to acquire a further power plant.
Following the successful technical, economic and legal due diligence, the purchase agreement for the “Cividale” power plant was signed on May 26, 2020.
Once again, the RENAIO team was able to guide a power plant through the investment process and negotiate and conclude a contract with the sellers, despite the considerable restrictions in the domestic European economy.
