We are proud of the first Slovakian hydropower plant in the RENAIO portfolio
On June 3 and 4, 2024, RENAIO successfully completed the purchase of the first Slovakian hydropower plant in Bratislava.
The “Sacurov” power plant is in very good condition and has been regularly maintained and professionally operated since it was commissioned in 2019. It generates its output of 652 kW with the help of two Kaplan turbines.
The Topla River, on which the run-of-river power plant is located, is fed by the High Tatra mountain range on the border between Slovakia and Poland.
