Augsburg-based RENAIO continues to grow and spins off the areas of sales and financing solutions for infrastructure investments into a separate subsidiary, RENAIO Capital GmbH.
Mr. Dieter Merz, an extremely experienced and well-connected financial professional, has been recruited as shareholder and managing director of RENAIO Capital GmbH.
Mr. Dieter Merz has more than 20 years of experience in advising UHNWI’s, family offices and institutional clients as well as in the management of asset management units.
